Shipping Policy
Free shipping is valid only on U.S. orders of $100 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. Additionally, packaging, taxes, and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. In order to receive free shipping, eligible customers must select the "Free Shipping" option during checkout.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item(s), all items in your order will be shipped when the pre-order item(s) arrive and are ready to ship.
Expedited Shipping
We will process orders with expedited shipping within 24 hours of being placed during working business days (Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm EST). If you place an expedited shipping order outside of these hours, please note it will not be shipped until the next working business day. If we fail to ship your order during a business day, please contact us and we will refund the expedited shipping charge to you.

Undeliverable or Return to Sender
If an order is returned to Hae Nails LLC due to an incorrect address the customer entered during checkout, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with re-shipping the item(s) to the correct address. If a package is marked "undeliverable", it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping company to make the proper arrangements to obtain their package. Hae Nails LLC is not responsible for the package once it has been shipped out. If an "undeliverable" package is returned to Haeyo, we will re-ship the package to you if requested once the customer pays the shipping cost associated with re-shipping the package. If the customer decides not to re-ship the package, a full refund minus the original shipping charge will be issued to the original payment method on the order. If a package becomes lost due to an incorrect address the customer entered during checkout, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier and no replacement package will be issued. If a package is lost by the shipping carrier, the customer can file a claim through the Haeyo package protection and the customer will receive a replacement package as long as they added the package protection to their order. If an order is returned due to an error caused by Haeyo, Hae Nails LLC will cover the shipping cost associated with re-shipping the order.
International Shipping
All customers buying and shipping internationally will be responsible for any customs and duties fees for their country. Haeyo is not responsible for paying these fees, so please make sure to check the rate before making a purchase on www.haeyo.co. ***We recommend shipping all international orders with USPS or the government service mail for the destination country in order to avoid excess brokerage fees from private shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx and DHL. Additionally, packages returned to sender for lack of payment for customs fees, will be refunded minus shipping charges paid when originally shipping your order. We strongly remind international customers that there is no insurance on their purchases through our website, therefore, if a package is lost, damaged or stolen, Hae Nails LLC is not responsible. Thank you for your understanding.
When selecting expedited shipping on international orders, please understand that customs processes and clearances can add further delays on the delivery of your order and this is out of the control of Hae Nails LLC.

Missing Packages
If your order does not arrive or is mis-delivered, Haeyo will make the best effort to replace the item(s) with a replacement through the Haeyo package protection as long as it was added to the order. In the case that the item(s) are not available due to being a pre-order item, or sold out, the Haeyo package protection service will issue you a refund back to your original payment method.
We highly recommend adding the Haeyo package protection to your orders, as without it you acknowledge that if your order is lost or damaged Haeyo claims no responsibility. For your convenience, the Haeyo package protection is automatically added at check out and it must be manually removed in order to waive coverage. If you purchased the Haeyo package protection on your order and your items are missing, damaged or defective, please fill a claim form out at www.haenails.com and we will assist you in the replacement or refund process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order contains an item(s) that has been damaged or is defective, Haeyo will make the best effort to exchange the item(s) with an un-damaged and/or un-defective replacement through the Haeyo package protection. In the case that the item(s) are not available due to being a pre-order item, or sold out, Haeyo will issue you a refund back to your original payment method.
